Google Earth 5 Lets You Time Travel Through Haiti's Past


Google continues to support ongoing relief efforts in Haiti, they've been working with their satellite partner GeoEye to capture updated imagery of Port-au-Prince. This with, Google Earth 5's new feature Historical Imagery, you will be able to turn back the clock as seen above and let you see other imagery they have for locations all around the world.

The new Google Earth 5 has a great new feature letting you turn back the clock on satellite imagery. Here's an example looking at the building of the Beijing National Stadium, also known as the "Bird's Nest", built for the 2008 Beijing Olympics.
