Toussaint is 6'2", 195 LBS, lean and athletic. He is one of the more projectable arms at the top of the draft. As a native of Haiti, he has only been playing baseball for four or five years and was more of a soccer player growing up. He burst on to the prospect seen in the fall of 2012 at the WWBA World Championship striking out 18 hitters in 6 innings. - SB
