Despite Sunderland slump, Jozy Altidore leads all U.S. scorers

[2013 IN REVIEW] Jozy Altidore finds himself in a massive slump at Sunderland -- one goal in 17 English Premier League games and several bad misses in recent games -- but he still ranks as the top U.S. men's scorer in all competitions in 2013 ahead of Mike Magee and Aron Johannsson.

Sixteen of Altidore's 26 goals came with AZ, including the winning goal in the Dutch Cup final. In 2012, Altidore scored 25 goals, all for AZ, to finish second on the U.S. scoring charts behind Chris Wondolowski, who scored 27 goals.

Of the top 10 scorers, all but Magee spent some time with the U.S. national team in 2013.
