Haiti and Dominican Republic create high-level commission to resolve DR's controversial Constitutional Court ruling

Caracas, Dec 17 (Prensa Latina) The president of Venezuela, Nicolas Maduro, announced the decision of the heads of state of Haiti, Michell Martelly and Dominican Republic, Danilo Medina, to form a high-level bilateral commission.

As part of the tribute to Simon Bolivar on the 183 anniversary of his death, the president said the two heads of state agreed to create that instance with five members from each country.

The commission, he said, is aimed at finding solutions to problems that in recent months have been affecting the two governments.
