The latest ruling by the WBC, allowing its heavyweight champion, Vitali Klitschko (45-2, 41 KOs), to avoid fighting No. 1 mandatory Haitian challenger Bermane Stiverne (23-1, 20 KOs), has drawn anger from an increasingly frustrated Team Stiverne.
