African-American’s make up over 80% of Detroit’s population - the largest share of the demographic pool of any major U.S. city. They also represent Detroit’s most disenchanted, unemployed and largely overlooked population when it comes to the revitalization of the city. This week on “The Global African” hosted by Bill Fletcher, Jr., we’ll discuss Detroit’s identity crisis and the activism behind bringing change to the city.
