Video: One Haitian dead as anti-Martelly protest turns violent - RT Ruptly

Protesters clashed with police in Port-au-Prince on Monday, as thousands demanded that the country's president Michel Martelly resigns.

Police used teargas in an attempt to disperse protesters who threw stones, set tyres on fire and made barricades. At least one person was killed in the street protest.

Recently Haiti has witnessed more frequent anti-government protests amid concern over the cost of living and alleged corruption inside the government.
